Content of DME page to be added to EKM site
If you would like to order your personalized Cane or decorated crutches through our DME partner the contact information is listed below.
Here are the steps required to complete an order using this option:
- Call the customer service number and place your crutch order directly with Handi Medical. You can also visit the Handi Show Room to choose your cane or crutch. Once your insurance coverage has been verified, you will be provided with an order number.
- Log onto the EKM site- select your crutch, crutch color and the art of your choice. When placing your order be sure to input the order number provided to you by Handi Medical. This will ensure that Every Kid Mobility will only be charge for the customization of your crutch.
- Picture Canes – when your cane has been ordered on our website, Every Kid Mobility will send you a link to allow you to upload your photos to our server.
- EKM will decorate your crutch or cane with selected art or your uploaded photos and ship it directly to you.
- Handi Medical will bill your insurance company directly for the cost of your crutches.
